Hello everyone! I've been on a no SLS and no -cones routine for my hair for about the last two or three years and I've noticed a dramatic improvement in my hair. I've been using Burt's Bees Super Shiny Grapefruit&Sugarbeet shampoo as well as the conditioner. I noticed during the spring/summer however that I just wasn't getting as much moisturizing as I needed. I saw some Nature's Gate on clearance(The volumizing Lemongrass and Sage variety) several months ago and bought quite a few bottles, but I am now on my last bottle and I'm curious about other brands. What are some other organic or -cone free conditioners out there and how/why do you like them? The Burt's shampoo works for me, but I need something more moisturizing in my conditioner. If possible I'd like notes about when there is a fruit/citrus scented kind or something that has a light/soft/subtle scent, as I do like to scent my conditioner with essential oil.
I'm especially curious about the Avalon Organics brand, but I'm happy to hear any thoughts!

I went to MAC on weekends to try what MAC color I am. So I am NC 30. Are there any people with that colouring? What foundations except MAC do you use? What Color it'll be in EDM and Bare Minerals? (we have no EDM and BM in our country - so I can buy it only online, or ask a friend to buy it for me=()

I just got asked out by a very good friend of mine who I like alot. He's really awesome, one of those people you can do pretty much anything and still have fun (including pushing his car down the street after it broke down haha). I'm really happy about it.
Problem: I'm 16. He's 19. My parents are not gonna like it..
My Mom already knows and says she'll be open minded about it but I know she isn't thrilled. She likes him, knows hes a good guy and that there won't be any problems. Only thing she doesn't like is his age.
I'm honestly scared to tell my Dad. He's not an open minded person at all, and he hasn't met him yet. Any suggestions as to how I can talk to him and have him at least give him a chance?
